Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any services provided by jomkiss5, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and jomkiss5 as the platform provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to proceed with registration or use of the jomkiss5 platform. Continued use after any posted amendments to the terms is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the jomkiss5 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Registering voluntarily without any compulsion from another party.
• Providing accurate, complete and current personal information during registration.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
• Registering only one account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

jomkiss5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Members are required to provide valid identification documents such as a MyKad or passport when requested. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

jomkiss5 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, as well as crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10. For withdrawals, the minimum amount that can be requested is RM100. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

All transactions made must use an account or wallet registered under the same member's name. jomkiss5 will not process payments coming from third parties. Any attempt to use an unauthorised payment method may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jomkiss5 offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. The jomkiss5 welcome bonus gives an additional 120% of your first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

The following terms apply to all jomkiss5 bonus and promotion offers:

• Each promotion is subject to specific conditions stated in the individual terms of that promotion.
• Bonuses are eligible to be credited only once per member, household, IP address or device.
• jomkiss5 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system will result in the related bonus and winnings being voided.
• jomkiss5's decision on all matters relating to bonuses is final.

5. Game and Betting Rules

All games offered on the jomkiss5 platform, including slots, live casino, Dragon Tiger, arcade games, sportsbook and sports betting, operate according to established rules. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

Game results confirmed by the system are final. jomkiss5 does not accept any disputes relating to game results that have been processed and confirmed. Any technical disruption occurring during a game session will be handled in accordance with jomkiss5's existing game recovery policy.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are stated in the game interface.
• Any activity suspected of being fraudulent, involving hacking or manipulation will be investigated and the accounts involved may be suspended.
• The use of automated software, bots or third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Security and Passwords

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Members are required to use a strong password and not share login information with any other party.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or your password has become known to an unauthorised party, please contact the jomkiss5 support team immediately via 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected]. jomkiss5 does not bear any liability for losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining their account security.

• jomkiss5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone.
• Members are advised to change their password regularly as a security measure.
• Using a VPN or proxy connection when logging in may trigger additional security checks.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

As a jomkiss5 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all laws and regulations in force in your local jurisdiction. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using another person's personal information.
• Conducting any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through this platform.
• Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening or contrary to standards of decency.
• Using this platform for any purpose other than legitimate gaming and betting activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Collaborating with other players to cheat or manipulate game results.

8. Liability Limits

jomkiss5 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, jomkiss5 is not liable for:

• Financial losses or loss of profits incurred while using the platform.
• Service interruptions arising from system maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond jomkiss5's control.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any betting decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated information.

jomkiss5's liability in all circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the member for the relevant gaming session. jomkiss5 is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or punitive damages.

9. Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jomkiss5 support team. Account closure requests must be submitted via live chat or email and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

jomkiss5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of these terms and conditions.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The member fails to submit requested verification documents.
• Account activity is deemed to threaten the integrity of the platform or other members.

If an account is terminated due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited by jomkiss5. If closure is at the member's request and no breach has been identified, the remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jomkiss5 operates under its licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. By using the jomkiss5 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that body.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jomkiss5 reserves the right to review, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to members. The latest version will always be available on this page and will reflect the most recent effective date.

Members are encouraged to check this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes made. Continued use of the jomkiss5 platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
